Problem

To Add new feature to mobile Banking App of Emirates NBD to offer ENBD Customers fast, convenient, relaible and useful banking where users can manage Finances, Credit Cards and Transfer Funds and more services on different devices and Multiple Platform.

Starting with Research

I wanted to get a clear picture of how our primary users went about discovering and using different section of our App. In order to get a better understanding of their behaviors and motivations, here are some research techniques I used for the design.

Method #1: Qualitative Data

Use analytics data from Countly to engage users and understand and enhance customer journeys of the applications.

Method #2: User Reviews and Survey

I sifted through comments left by users on Play & Apple Store, and further categorized them and highlighted them in terms of importance. This was some crucial feedback that helped me identify various pain points and areas of improvement.

Creating Personas & Collecting Demographics

After Research I was part of collecting the users info which help us in deep understanding of customer behaviour and needs. By doing this it help me and team to empathize with customers and I’m creating a clear image of who the user in our audience is.
